The second day of the 16th International Specialized Exhibition «Rosupak 2011» comes to an end. It's safe to say that it became even more interesting and rich.In the morning those wishing to get acquainted with the exposition «ROSUPAK» began to gather near the first pavilion of the "Crocus Expo" IEC and at the opening of the pavilion for visitors (10:00) there has already formed a long queue.

Only within the first two hours of registration more than 3,000 experts visited the exhibition! We are glad to note that such a stream of guests continued the whole day.

Today, on June 14 in Moscow began its operating the 16-th International Specialized Exhibition «Rosupak-2011».

The opening ceremony was held at 12:00 on the scene in the foyer of the 1st pavilion of the «Crocus Expo» IEC. The following persons greeted the guests and participants:

• Basheleishvili M.E. – Director General of the MVK International Exhibition Company as part of the ITE Group
• Chuikov V.A. – Chairman of the «Rosupak-2011» Exhibition Organizing Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the «GOTEK» Group of companies, Vice-President of the National Confederation of Packagers (NKPack)
• Boiko A.G. – Chairman of the Subcommittee of the CCI (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) packaging industry development, the Executive Director of the National Confederation of Packagers (NKPack)
• Puzikov A.M. – President of the «PACKMASH» Association.

Today, on June 13, the fourth mounting day of the 16th International Specialized Exhibition "Rosupak 2011" is already preceding.

This year more than 700 companies from 30 countries will present to your attention our latest news and developments. The business program will be held 25 seminars, conferences, roundtables and presentations.

PACCOR, a European-based manufacturer, has launched a new barrier packaging solution, which is made up of multi-layer structures. Designed to block humidity and oxygen, this solution helps to extend the preservation of products by up to 24 months, while food products packaged in this way retain the highest level of quality.

PACCOR will unveil this innovation at the ROSUPAK trade show, which will take place in Moscow (Russia) from 14 to 18 June 2011.

The PACCOR Group has developed a multi-layer plastic-barrier sheet intended to package food products that do not require cool storage for preservation. The shelf life of products packaged with this coextruded sheet can be extended by as much as two years. PACCOR will present its novel packaging solution at the ROSUPAK trade fair, in Moscow, in mid-June.
