Today, on June 14 in Moscow began its operating the 16-th International Specialized Exhibition «Rosupak-2011».

The opening ceremony was held at 12:00 on the scene in the foyer of the 1st pavilion of the «Crocus Expo» IEC. The following persons greeted the guests and participants:

• Basheleishvili M.E. – Director General of the MVK International Exhibition Company as part of the ITE Group
• Chuikov V.A. – Chairman of the «Rosupak-2011» Exhibition Organizing Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the «GOTEK» Group of companies, Vice-President of the National Confederation of Packagers (NKPack)
• Boiko A.G. – Chairman of the Subcommittee of the CCI (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) packaging industry development, the Executive Director of the National Confederation of Packagers (NKPack)
• Puzikov A.M. – President of the «PACKMASH» Association.

«Rosupak 2011» promises to be the center of the presentation of a large number of new products. More than 700 companies from 30 countries will show you the best examples of packaging machinery and technologies; equipment for manufacturing and packaging design; conveying technologies; packaging materials; tare and auxiliary packaging means; packaging for all industries. During five days at one site the latest developments in packaging technology, warehousing and logistics will be submitted to your attention.

FIRST TIME at «Rosupak»:

• Collective exhibition of the Finland companies – Finnish Packaging Solutions;
• Collective stands the Russian educational institutions that prepare specialists for the packaging industry (MGUPP, MSAAB, MIPK, Moscow State Mining University, UralGHA, VSU) and working meetings of teachers of relevant specialties and packaging industry representatives;
• The exhibition of the Packaging Museum organized by the "Packaging" magazine and MGUP named after Ivan Fyodorov.
